If you're in search of a fast yet nourishing lunch, Don Miguel's Rustic Kitchen hits the sweet spot between convenience and clean eating. Their menu leans into Baja Coastal influences with a health-conscious twist--think grain bowls, grilled proteins, vibrant salads, and fresh-pressed juices.
I am a fan of the Jac's Salad. It was so fresh--perfectly crisp greens, juicy grilled chicken, avocado, and the dressing was chef's kiss. Light but filling, and ready in no time. Definitely coming back for a midweek recharge.
The service is fast and friendly, making it ideal for a quick lunch break or a grab-and-go situation.
